Conduct evidence-based research/needs assessment and utilize existing work to focus on current and emergent barriers to racial equity and the well-being of immigrants, refugees, and those new to Canada.

A) Build effective partnerships to initiate and engage in collaborative community research/needs assessment projects concerning newcomer issues.

B) Effectively communicate existing and new research/needs assessment including data and qualitative stories to influence policy change.
